Build a bowl
Your bowl, your rules.
Start with the homemade açaí base and granola. Pick the fruit, then the extras. The ticket writes itself; show it at the counter.

Nothing you can’t pronounce.
The names on the board that are not fruit, and what they are. Plain words, no promises.
Açaía-sah-EE
A small dark berry from palms along the Amazon. Tart, a little like blackberry and cocoa. Ours is blended frozen, thick enough to hold a spoon.
Sea mossIrish moss
A red seaweed from the North Atlantic, simmered into a gel. Nearly no taste of its own; it gives a juice body and a silky texture.
Blue spirulinaphycocyanin
The blue pigment pressed out of spirulina, a freshwater algae. Colour first, flavour barely there. It turns the Replenish shot the colour of the lake.
Bee pollenfrom local hives
Tiny golden granules the bees pack on their legs. Floral, faintly sweet, a little crunch. Skip it if you are allergic to bee products.
Cacao nibscrushed cocoa beans
Roasted cocoa beans broken into bits, no sugar added. Bitter, nutty, crunchy: chocolate before it becomes chocolate.
Turmeric & black pepperthe pair
Turmeric root gives the golden colour and an earthy warmth. The pepper is traditional company for it in every kitchen that uses both.
Gingerfresh root, pressed
Sharp, warming, the reason a shot makes you blink. Pressed fresh every morning; it does not sit in a bottle.
Chia seedsSalvia hispanica
Small seeds that swell into soft pearls in liquid. Neutral taste, gentle crunch when dry, pudding when soaked.
Cold-pressedthe method
Fruit and vegetables crushed slowly and pressed, not spun. Less heat, less air, a juice that tastes like the produce it came from.
